Flat Bread Engineering

At Al Amir we use only the finest ingredients available. We prepare our dough daily, while receiving multiple deliveries a week ensuring the freshest of ingredients; Oh and did we mention? We grind our meat in-house to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible quality Zabiha halal meat . When you’ve been in the game this long, there is no room to compromise on quality.

Our special blend of cheeses, and secret spice blends have kept Al-Amir above the rest.
All of our food served at Al-Amir is made from certified Halal ingredients.

Manaeesh are traditional Mediterranean “Flatbreads”- or “Sfiha” –  thinly stretched dough topped with thyme, cheese, or ground meat. Similar to a pizza, it can be sliced or folded, or even wrapped for on the go eating. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, there is no wrong time to nourish the heart and soul with Manaeesh!

“Haj” Abdallah Soueidan

Abdallah Soueidan has lived in California for over 32 years, after a brief stay in El Paso, TX, where he owned a clothing business. After he arrived in Southern California, he worked as a waiter and chef, and quickly realized the need for a high quality Middle Eastern bakery. In 2002 Soueidan opened the doors to the first Al-Amir Bakery in Anaheim, CA located at the Brookhurst Plaza. After 10 years of success at this location, he decided to open a second successful location in 2012 in Claremont, CA
